For the past 40 to 50 years, scientists have been working to understand the effects of the industrial age on the environment. They have discovered that the earth’s surface temperature has been steadily rising over the past several decades. Climate change is a worldwide problem that needs worldwide attention. Simple and inexpensive ways to help prevent global warming, and these help the efforts to prevent global warming or at least, reduce the effects of it are already being conducted by the international community, but the government can only do so much. And with the current economic crisis, at least this is one reason they give overtly, the amount the government does at least here in the U.S. is very little.
