USDA New School Lunch Standards Announced By First Lady Michelle Obama & Rachael Ray & Vilsack
First lady Michelle Obama and Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack announced yesterday that big changes are coming to school lunches, which will be the first changes in more than 15 years to the program.
